Comprehensive rehabilitation project of public space and use of urban remnants to create a complex with the character of a neighborhood center, reinforcing an incipient urban centrality and articulating various existing facilities in the immediate environment: public market, kindergarten, public school, church and sports unit. ​

 

The two main components of the complex are the Flores Magon park, which was completely rebuilt, and the skate park, designed on vacant land. These two spaces are articulated through a set of pedestrian traffic and residential squares that face the homes and the existing public market, as well as with an urban intervention on the Antonio Lopez Sainz road.
