The objective of this project was to elaborate a preliminary participatory diagnosis for the four current urban plans within the area known as "Las Lomas": Lomas de Chapultepec, Lomas Altas, Bosques de Las Lomas and Lomas de Bezares.

The study area covers 1,200 hectares, and the diagnosis was the first required step for the updating of the urban plans. The work was developed using a specific methodology, and the results allowed for a better understanding of the current situation in the area, thus becoming a key reference for the future urban plans.
