The project consists in the modeling of a social cohesion and neighborhood urban improvements strategy, as part of a program fostered by the Inter-american Development Bank. The goal of the program is to contribute to improve the citizens quality of life in vulnerable neighborhoods in Honduras' most important cities, through a combination of physical interventions and improvements in the built environment, renovation of the police infrastructure and a program to reconstruct the national police force.
