The project consists in the landscape design of the 1 Hotel & Homes, an international boutique hotel and residences chain focused in luxury, sustainability and natural contact.

The concept is based on the idea of a "desert jungle", creating an oasis of vegetation that enhances the identity and desertic landscape of Los Cabos.
